GALVESTON, Texas – A barge hit a bridge at around 9:30 this morning causing damage to the bridge and causing an oil spill.  Ronnie Varela, with the Galveston’s Office of Emergency Management said that the bridge leads to Pelican Island which is just north of Galveston. There was no information
