LANSING, Mich. — Michigan Senator Erika Geiss, a Democrat, has introduced legislation to establish a Cultural History Advisory Board within the state’s Department of Education. The proposed advisory board would focus on developing curriculum tools and professional development programs to ensure that Michigan’s K-12 education system includes a diverse range
