MIDLAND, Mich –    Dow GLBR reports a chemical release occurred at their Michigan Operations Industrial Park in Midland. The company released the following statement on its Facebook page: The release resulted in a plume that may have briefly extended outside the facility. Several roads near the facility were temporarily
