NEW YORK, NY – Judge Juan Merchan has found Trump in contempt for violating the gag order again.
“I find you in criminal contempt for the 10th time,” the judge says.
“Going forward this court will have to consider a jail sanction,” Merchan says, noting the $1,000 fine is not stopping him.

New York prosecutors have charged Trump with falsifying business records to cover up a $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels, who claims to have had a sexual encounter with him in 2006. Trump has pleaded not guilty and denies ever having sex with Daniels.
