MILLINGTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 49-year-old Flint man was arrested Monday following two breaking and entering incidents in Millington Township, according to the Tuscola County Sheriff’s Office.
At approximately 12:15 p.m. on Feb. 3, Deputy Bock was dispatched to a residence on S. Vassar Road after the homeowner reported a break-in. The homeowner, armed with a firearm, confronted the intruder, who then fled the scene in a vehicle. The homeowner provided a description of the suspect’s vehicle to Tuscola County Central Dispatch.

While law enforcement searched the area, another breaking and entering call was received from Willard Road, where the same vehicle description was reported. Officer Todd Brow of the Frankenmuth Police Department, patrolling the western parts of Tuscola and Arbela Townships, located the vehicle on Bray Road in Arbela Township. The suspect was apprehended without incident with the assistance of Tuscola County deputies.
The suspect is being held in the Tuscola County Jail on breaking and entering charges and is awaiting arraignment.
The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities caution that details may change as new information becomes available.
