According to an article on Newsnationnow.com, a “lawsuit filed Tuesday against the U.S. government, TikTok and ByteDance argued that the law, the Protecting Americans From Foreign Adversaries Act, violates the First Amendment.”
According to the new law, ByteDance has 270 days to sell to an American company or face bans on American networks and app stores.
