The strikes, with support from Australia, the Netherlands, Bahrain, and Canada, targeted over a dozen Houthi locations. The attack followed Houthi threats and actions, including the recent seizure of an oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman.
The U.S. military reported the 27th Houthi attack on shipping since Nov. 19. The joint strike aims to respond to Houthi aggression and maintain security in the region.
