SAGINAW COUNTY, Mich – Tri-City Post troopers are investigating a homicide that occurred early this morning on northbound I-75 near Holland Road. The incident took place around 4:45 AM and resulted in the death of an 80-year-old man from Bay City. According to preliminary investigations, the victim was shot while
