Penguins President of Business Operations, Kevin Acklin, expressed shock at the incident and assured fans that efforts are underway to recover the bobbleheads and deliver them to fans.
Attendees of the game will receive a voucher with a scannable barcode to claim the bobblehead once they are located or replaced. Only fans present at the game are eligible for the voucher.
