Former President Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows granted immunity

ABC NEWS – According to an article on abcnews.com, former President Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows has been granted immunity from prosecution.  This comes after Mr. Meadows testified in front of a grand jury and meetings with prosecutor Jack Smith’s team.

Sources have said Meadows informed Smith’s team that he repeatedly told Trump in the weeks after the 2020 presidential election that the allegations of significant voting fraud coming to them were baseless, a striking break from Trump’s prolific rhetoric regarding the election.
