MIAMI (AP) — A boeing 747 cargo planes makes emergency landing at Miami, Florida airport. Flames seen shooting from one of the wings. The “engine malfunction” happened soon after take off and the aircraft landed safely at Miami International Airport. Boeing is now investigating the incident.
The aircraft was on its way to Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport in Puerto Rico when the crew reported an engine failure. According to the FAA, Atlas Air Flight 95 then returned safely to Miami International Airport. Atlas Air flies cargo for different companies and also charters passenger flights.
