Texas – A decision by SCOTUS is expected as soon as today on whether or not Texas’ Senate Bill 4 can take effect. The controversial immigration enforcement bill was put on pause by a Federal Court judge in Texas last month.
A stay ordered by Justice Samuel Alito, halts the new law until today at 5 p.m. EDT unless SCOTUS takes further action.
