NEW YORK, NY – In a recent development related to the Jeffrey Epstein case, a federal judge, Loretta A. Preska, has ordered the public disclosure of the identities of over 150 individuals mentioned in court documents.

These documents, pertaining to a civil case filed by one of Epstein’s victims, were initially sought by the Miami Herald and have been under review by Judge Preska for several years. The disclosure includes names of sex abuse victims, litigation witnesses, Epstein’s employees, and even individuals with a tangential connection to the scandal.

The judge, however, specified that some records would remain confidential, particularly those identifying individuals who were minors when sexually abused by Epstein and sought to protect their privacy.

The order allows those named to appeal until January 1. The Epstein case, known for allegations of sexual abuse and sex trafficking, has sparked various conspiracy theories involving influential figures. Despite this, the focus of the criminal cases has primarily been on Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

The AP reports Epstein died by suicide in 2019, while Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence after being convicted in December 2021 for her role in recruiting and sexually abusing underage girls. The article is sourced from the Associated Press.

There are many people who claim Epstein was murdered while in prison.
