SAGINAW, Mich – The Saginaw, Michigan Police Department posted the following on it’s Facebook page.
“We are asking for assistance identifying the person in the photograph regarding a stolen vehicle case. Saginaw Police recovered the vehicle; however, the subject stole the victim’s family dog in the photo. The dog is a Yorkie/Chihuahua mix named “Hope.” We “Hope” someone reaches out to Detective Katie Mercer at (989) 759-1628 with information
