Trump brings in a record $53 Million in donations since conviction

NEW YORK, NY –  The Trump Campaign had said it has raised $53 million since former President Trump was convicted in a New York Court.

Nearly 30% of the donors were new to the Trump donation site WinRed, according to senior campaign advisors Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles in a press release.

The advisors reiterated Trump’s post-trial promise that the “real verdict” will be delivered on Election Day, Nov. 5, when he will face President Joe Biden in a rematch of their 2020 contest.

Trump is slated to be formally nominated as the Republican Party’s presidential candidate just days after his scheduled criminal sentencing on July 11 in Manhattan Supreme Court.

He is the first former U.S. president, and first presumptive major-party nominee, ever to be convicted of a crime.

The massive windfall comes less than two weeks after Trump reported a higher monthly fundraising haul than the Democrat Biden for the first time in 2024.
