BAY CITY, Mich— The Bay City Music Festival is saying it will not refund customers upset that three headliners pulled out of the festival.
Travis Tritt, Flo Rida, and Nelly backed out of the upcoming music festival.
Many people reached out to the festival upset, demanding their money back.
Buyeventtix released the following statement Monday afternoon:
The Bay City Music Festival has offered ticket holders the following bonus options:
1 – Double Your Tickets (While Tickets Are Still Available)
2 – Move your tickets to the other night’s show. (While Tickets Are Still Available)
If you email back with your choice, we will modify your order and send your tickets via email by Thursday 6/20 or sooner.
The Bay City Music Festival is not offering refunds according to the Terms of Service Agreement that was accepted at the time of purchase.
