BANGOR TWP, Mich- According to Mid-Michigan NOW, A 14-year-old is in custody after police say they found a gun in his locker at the Bay City John Glenn High School on Thursday morning.
Mid-Michigan NOW reports, Bay County Sheriff Troy Cunningham, a student notified a resource officer at the high school that another student had a handgun.
The resource officer checked the student’s locker and found the gun, along with a magazine with bullets.
John Glenn High School and Christa McAuliffe Middle School were placed in secure mode while school officials and police investigated the threat.
